Return/Refund Policy

Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt please contact us immediately after your package arrives for a return authorization claim number. All claims MUST be made within 3 days of receipt of order. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Products that are returned must be in absolutely new and unused condition. Once we receive the damaged product, we will ship a new replacement product to you. Due to the nature of our business, we cannot offer a refund for any product once it has been shipped, but we will happily replace any damaged product due to shipping or manufacturing defect at the time of arrival.
